Shipping Policy

• All orders ship from: our US warehouse.
• Processing time: 1-3 business days for regular orders, and up to 5 business days for sale orders.
• Free shipping: US orders of $150 USD or more, and international orders of $200 USD or more.
• Duties and taxes: collected at checkout and shipped DDP (duties and taxes paid).

Processing Times

Every attempt will be made to process and ship your order the day it's received, but it can take between 1-3 business days for regular orders and up to 5 business days for sale orders.

We will email you with your tracking number when the order is shipped.

• United States: free shipping on orders of $150 USD or more.
• International: free shipping on orders of $200 USD or more.

Duties and Taxes

Due to our global customer base and the ever-changing VAT and import regulations, we collect duties and taxes at checkout and ship DDP (duties and taxes paid). This ensures the smoothest and quickest delivery possible for you, while avoiding unnecessary delays with customs.

Carriers and Tracking

All orders are shipped by USPS, UPS or DHL and are fully tracked throughout the delivery process.

• Phone number: please remember to fill in your telephone number with country code. DHL requires this so they can easily contact you if they have difficulty locating your address.
• Tracking updates: once your package has been collected for delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email complete with tracking number, where you can then opt in to receive shipping updates via email or SMS.
