How can I place an order?

Step 1: Please visit our website at www.theroyalcodes.com 

Step 2: Choose the item, color, and the most suitable size for yourself (refer to our sizing guide), then add to cart.

Step 3: Choose to pay via Paypal or Afterpay upon checkout.

I placed the wrong address/phone number when I placed my order. How do I change it?

Not to worry, just send an email to support@theroyalcodes.com with the correct address and we will update it on the backend.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order within 24-48 hours or as long as the item hasn’t been shipped yet. Please send an email to support@theroyalcodes.com 

Can I have my order rushed/Is it possible to send on this specific date?

Since everything is made to order, we ask for 14 days for fulfillment. However if you would like to place a large order and have it rushed we may be able to accommodate that if you are willing to pay our rush fee of $35

Do you accept requests for special orders/custom colors?

We do not accept special/custom orders at the moment.

Product

What are the fabrics made of? Are the fabrics organic, sustainable and eco-friendly?

We do our best to source the best materials we can, the fabrics are made from viscose, which is sourced from bamboo pulp.

We are developing new designs where we are able to use Tencel, which is the most eco-friendly of the viscose family, but for now, our main stand for sustainability is creating high quality, comfortable items that will adapt to your body as you evolve and change.

We believe that item lifespan and longevity is one of the best ways to reduce waste that often accompanies the fast fashion industry.

I got my Codes stained. What should I use to clean it?

Try washing it with OxiClean (sodium percarbonate) in warm water. https://www.chemistrystore.com/sodium_percarbonate2.pdf

Oxiclean is a miracle and we use it on all of our clothes to remove the toughest stains and make our whites extra white..

Do the brass armulets/accessories tarnish?

Hartwell has been wearing the ceramic coated brass armulet non-stop for 9 months now and it has never tarnished or gone green (or left marks on the skin).

It’s important to honor the care instructions and not to take it in the ocean, shower, and keep away from abrasive surfaces.

Is the size of the armulet adjustable?

Yes, the armulet is adjustable by +/- 1cm.

Is the white fabric somewhat see-through?

White fabric tends to be always a little bit more translucent than any of the other colors. We recommend wearing tan undergarments to blend in.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments by credit card via Stripe and Paypal. Credit card payments will be processed through Stripe’s or Paypal’s secure payment gateway. We also offer Afterpay for US customers up to $1,500.

Which currency will I be charged in?

All prices on the site are in USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, then you will be charged in USD and your bank will apply the corresponding  conversion rate.

Do you offer a ‘Shop Now, Pay Later’ option?

Yes! We accept installment payments through ShopPay and Sezzle. You will be able to choose that payment option on checkout.

Shipping

How long does it take to ship my order?

As all items are made to order, it usually takes 2 weeks for fulfillment and an additional 7-10 days for shipping.

How can I avail free shipping ?

We offer free international shipping on orders over $200. Unfortunately, we can only offer this to countries with reasonable shipping rates. Please check our shipping policy for more details.

Where do you ship?

The list of countries we support are outlined in our shipping policy.

Do you offer fast shipping?

This may work in a select number of countries. Please reach out to us at support@theroyalcodes.com.

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email with your tracking number, the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Due to our global customer base and the ever-changing VAT and import regulations, we collect duties and taxes at checkout and ship DDP (duties and taxes paid). This ensures the smoothest and quickest delivery possible for you, while avoiding unnecessary delays with customs.

What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose. Please remember to provide a valid and working phone number with country code when placing your order so the post can easily contact you.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

Can I receive my order before a certain time?

We require an add on service fee of $35 for any rush request under the 14 day window.

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The return or exchange request is made within 7 days from receipt of the package.

- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

- Items have not been worn, altered, washed and have all original tags attached.

*We are unable to accept returns and exchanges on sale items, special orders, or any item sold at a reduced price.

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns.

Are returns free?

Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be shouldered by the customer. In the event of a refund request, only the amount for the returned items will be refunded. Cost of the original shipping amount is excluded.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

Once items are confirmed to be in good and re-sellable condition, refund will be processed.

What if I received the wrong item?

We always make sure to check the items before shipping but there are times that cases like this happen and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please send an email to support@theroyalcodes.com with your order number and pictures of the item you received. We will process the exchange and cover the shipping cost.

Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?

Yes! We have a referral program built into our rewards program where you earn points and store credit for every friend who purchases through your link. where you get commissioned for every purchase that your community makes using your code. Are you open for collaborations? How does it work?

We get many requests for collaborations -- the best approach is to fill out an application to join our Affiliate program by visiting www.theroyalcodes.com/pages/community. Please note that there is currently a very long waitlist. In the meantime, you can continue to be rewarded for sharing Royal Codes with your tribe through our referral program.

Do you have physical stores?

We are currently a web-only store. We have a very high, 95%+ success rate with the clothes fitting women based on our size guide alone.

Is there a warranty?

We make sure that the items are free of defects and checked before shipping. We would gladly accept any return or exchange request resulting from a defective item granted they respect the following conditions:

- You notify Royal Codes of any manufacturer’s defect within 7 days from receipt of the package.

- Items have not been worn, altered, washed and have all original tags attached.

I changed my mind. Can I change the color/size of my order?

As long as your order is still in production, we can adjust the color or size of your order. However, once it gets shipped out, we will no longer be able to accommodate this request.

I received my order but it doesn’t fit me well. What should I do?
